CS Consulting provides software consulting, implementation services, and business technology products. Vyapti provides WhatsApp-based automation, customer communication, lead management, staff workflows, and AI assisted business support features.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining account security, for managing staff access, and for using the services only for lawful business purposes.

If you use WhatsApp Business Platform features through Vyapti, you are responsible for obtaining valid customer opt-in, honoring opt-out requests, using approved templates where required, and complying with Meta, WhatsApp, and applicable communication rules.

You may not use our services to send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful content, harmful code, infringing content, or content that violates third-party platform rules. You may not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of our systems.

AI assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular context. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for customer communication, business decisions, legal matters, financial matters, medical matters, or other high-impact uses.

Paid services, subscriptions, usage-based charges, or implementation fees will be described in the applicable proposal, order form, invoice, or product checkout flow. You agree to pay applicable charges and any taxes unless separately agreed in writing.

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, cloud hosting, payment, analytics, storage, or AI providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms, policies, and availability.

CS Consulting and its licensors retain rights in our software, website, documentation, designs, trademarks, and service content. You retain rights in your business data and content, subject to the rights needed for us to provide and support the services.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that may harm CS Consulting, other users, or third-party platforms.

Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless a written agreement says otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
