Who We Are
CS Consulting provides technology consulting and software products. Vyapti is a CS Consulting product for WhatsApp-based business automation, lead handling, customer communication, and related AI assisted workflows.
Information We Collect
We may collect business and account information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, billing or subscription details, support requests, and service preferences.
For Vyapti and other messaging products, we may process WhatsApp Business account identifiers, phone number identifiers, webhook events, message content, message metadata, attachments, customer profile details, opt-in status, staff user details, automation settings, and conversation history needed to operate the service.
We also collect technical information such as device and browser details, IP address, cookies, logs, error reports, and usage data to secure, operate, and improve our services.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain our website, consulting services, and products; configure and operate WhatsApp integrations; respond to inquiries; provide support; manage subscriptions; prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations; and improve service reliability and performance.
When AI features are enabled, message or knowledge-base content may be processed to generate draft responses, classify leads, summarize conversations, or assist staff workflows. Customers are responsible for deciding how automated outputs are reviewed and used in their business.
WhatsApp and Meta Platform Data
Vyapti is designed to work with WhatsApp Business Platform features. We process WhatsApp data only as needed to deliver the configured service, follow applicable Meta and WhatsApp platform requirements, honor required messaging windows and template rules, and support customer-requested account or webhook configuration.
Businesses using Vyapti are responsible for obtaining valid customer opt-in, sending only permitted messages, keeping their business information accurate, and complying with Meta, WhatsApp, and local communication laws.
How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us host, store, secure, analyze, communicate, and support our services. These providers may include cloud hosting, database, storage, analytics, communications, payment, Meta or WhatsApp, and AI infrastructure providers where relevant to the configured service.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs. Customers may request deletion as described in our Data Deletion page.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, loss, and disclosure.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You can contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity or your authority to act for a business account.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
