Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request".

Include the business name, account email address, product name, phone number, WhatsApp number, or Meta account information that helps us find the relevant records. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request them for verification.

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal data and business records that CS Consulting controls and no longer needs to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain security.

For Vyapti, this may include account records, staff records, WhatsApp integration records, message records, media references, lead records, support requests, and related service metadata where deletion is permitted.

If you are an end customer who messaged a business using Vyapti, the business you contacted may also control copies of the conversation and related customer records. You may contact that business directly or contact CS Consulting if you need help identifying the correct request path.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time and complete verified requests as soon as practical. Complex requests, backup deletion cycles, legal holds, or third-party platform dependencies may require additional time.

Some data may also be stored by third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, analytics providers, payment providers, or AI infrastructure providers. We will act on data we control and, where appropriate, help route requests involving integrated providers.
